1. NO REFUND POLICY

• All bookings are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE
• Payment is final once a session is booked
• We offer transfer and rescheduling options under specific conditions

 

2. BOOKING TRANSFER POLICY
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person:

• The new attendee must present the original booking confirmation via WhatsApp
• No additional fee for transfers
• Transfer requests must be sent via WhatsApp

 

3. RESCHEDULING OPTIONS

Same-Day Time Change:

• Must request at least 3 hours before original session
• Subject to slot availability
• RM20 processing fee applies (managed via WhatsApp)
• Only available for different time slots on the same day

Different-Day Rescheduling:

• Must request minimum 5 days before session
• Subject to slot availability
• RM20 processing fee applies (managed via WhatsApp)
• Request must be made via WhatsApp

 

4. LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOW POLICY

Up to 10 Minutes Late:

• Session will proceed with reduced time
• No extension of allocated time slot

More than 10 Minutes Late:

• Session automatically cancelled
• Rescheduling possible with RM20 fee (managed via WhatsApp)
• Subject to slot availability

No-Show:

• Session cancelled
• No refund provided
• No rescheduling option available

 

5. COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

• All requests must be made via WhatsApp: +6014-382 9907
• Response time: Within 24 hours
• No phone calls accepted – WhatsApp messages only
• Include your booking reference in all communications

 

6. PAYMENT FOR CHANGES

• All rescheduling fees (RM20) must be processed through WhatsApp, not through this website
• Payment instructions will be provided via WhatsApp
• Changes only confirmed after payment verification
• Please do not attempt to make rescheduling payments through the website

 

7. IMPORTANT NOTES

• All changes subject to slot availability
• Original booking confirmation must be kept
• All requests must be made within specified timeframes
• No exceptions to these policies will be made
