Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

No, all bookings are strictly non-refundable. However, you can transfer your booking to someone else or reschedule your session under certain conditions.

If you’re up to 10 minutes late, your session will proceed with reduced time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your session will be cancelled. You may reschedule with a RM20 fee, subject to slot availability.

Yes, but conditions apply:

  • For same-day changes: Request at least 3 hours before
  • For different-day changes: Request at least 5 days before
  • RM20 processing fee applies
  • Subject to slot availability

All requests must be made via WhatsApp (+6014-382 9907). Our team will respond within 24 hours. Remember to include your booking reference in all communications.

Yes, you can transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. The new attendee must present the original booking confirmation via WhatsApp.
